Learn how to access detailed weights, dimensions, materials, and customs information for our product range.

Overview

We’ve made our full product information available in downloadable Excel files — one using metric units and one using imperial units. Each file includes comprehensive details such as carton weights and dimensions, materials, country of origin, and customs codes.

This data is also included on your price lists. Making it accessible here helps reduce product information queries and ensures you always have the most accurate data available.

Prerequisites

  • Microsoft Excel or similar software to open .xlsx files
  • Your product SKU or name to locate entries quickly

Product Data Files

Steps

  1. Download the appropriate file
  2. Open the file in Excel or your preferred spreadsheet viewer
  3. Use filters or the search function (Ctrl + F or Cmd + F on Mac) to the product name or SKU
  4. Review the data available under the following categories:
    • Product, Inner Carton, and Master Carton weights and dimensions
    • Internal product dimensions
    • Material and Finish
    • Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
    • Units per Pack and Carton Size
    • Features
    • Stock Category
    • EAN Code
    • Country of Origin
    • HS, Commodity, US Commodity, and Saber Codes
    • Waste Packaging Material and Weight
  5. Refer to your pricelist for the same data alongside current pricing and ordering details

Example or Use Case

If you need the internal dimensions and packaging weights for a specific product before confirming a shipment, open the metric or imperial file and use the product name to locate all the required details in one place. You can then copy this information directly into customs documentation or logistics forms.

Additional Notes

  • Weights and Dimensions: We are revising packaging as part of ongoing sustainability efforts to reduce plastic use. Some products may not yet display complete data until these changes are finalised.
  • Customs Codes: Commodity and customs codes are being reviewed for accuracy. Some regions - such as North America and Saudi Arabia -use different codes, which will be updated as regional classifications are confirmed.
