How to Find the Component Code for Your Bundle Product

Many Craster products are supplied as bundles - a single product code made up of several individual components (for example, a tray, an insert, and a cooling pack sold together as one set). If you need to order a replacement part, request a spare, or check exactly what is included in your product, you'll need the component code for that specific part rather than the overall bundle code. 

What you'll need 

The attached spreadsheet, Bundle Stock – Components, lists every bundle product Craster sells and the individual components inside it. It has two columns you'll use most:

• Bundle Code and Bundle Description - identifies the overall product you purchased.
• Component Code, Component Description and Qty per Bundle - identifies each individual part inside that bundle, and how many of each part it contains.

Step 1: Find your bundle code

Your bundle code is the product reference shown on your order confirmation, invoice, quote, or product label. It's usually a short code such as BU_BD3ONL. 

Step 2: Look up the bundle in the spreadsheet

Open the attached spreadsheet and use Ctrl+F (or Cmd+F on Mac) to search for your bundle code in the Bundle Code column. A bundle may have one component or several - every row with the same Bundle Code belongs to that same product.

Step 3: Read across the row for the component details

Once you've found your bundle, each row alongside it shows one component of that bundle.

• Can the same component be used in more than one bundle?

  Yes. Many components (such as liners, cold packs, and inserts) are shared across several different bundle products.

• How many components can one bundle have?

  It varies by product - some bundles are a single part, while larger sets (such as the Tilt Beverage System or Fare Trolley) can include seven or eight components.
