# How to Request a Product Sample?

## Need a physical sample for a customer, or to confirm colour and finish first? Use the form below so we can process it quickly. 

### **Before you request a sample**

Have the following ready — it speeds up processing and avoids back-and-forth:

- The product code(s) you'd like a sample of
- The reason for the request (e.g. customer presentation, colour/finish check, trade show)
- Your delivery address and any time constraint (e.g. needed before a specific customer meeting or event)

You will receive an email confirmation once it has been processed. We aim to dispatch samples within 3–5 working days, and will send tracking details by email once your order has been shipped. 

 

**Good to know**

- **Sample availability varies by product.** Some items, such as made-to-order finishes or large furniture pieces, may not be available as physical samples. Where a full sample isn't practical, we'll recommend suitable alternatives, such as material swatches or specification sheets.
- **Turnaround times** vary by product and location. We recommend checking stock availability before submitting your request.
